Sie sind ideal für Gäste welche noch griechische Gastfreundschaft und ein Haus abseits von touristischen Trampelpfaden suchen. Zum Kies/Schotterstrand von House Marathia sind es ca. 150-200 Meter. Der Abgang ist für ältere Gäste etwas beschwerlich, Höhenunterschied ca. 60 Meter
Zufahrt: Die Zufahrtstrasse ist eine für den öffentlichen Verkehr nicht gestattete Asphaltstrasse und ist eine Sackgasse, sie führt zu einigen Privatvillen.
Sehr sauber, traumhafte Lage, ideal für Gäste die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, ein Ferienhaus wo man sich wohl fühlt!
Es hat 2 Schlafzimmer, offenen Kamin, Küche, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer und Terrasse.
Sie haben einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht von Laganas.
Die nächste Taverne "Votsalo" ist in einer Entfernung von 500 Meter, nach weiteren 500 Meter kommen sie zur netten Taverne " Marathia Star". In den Hafen von Kery ist es ca. 2.5km und dort haben sie dann zahlreiche Tavernen und Supermärkte, besonders zu empfehlen der Supermarkt mit der Tankstelle, Sie finden einen gut sortierten "Tante Emma Laden" und gleich in der Nähe eine Bäckerei-Fleischhauerei.

House "Dionisis" consists of two gorgeous, basic houses in the
"Marathia" area, which were completed in 1998. They are ideal for
guests still looking for Greek hospitality and a house far away from
tourist traps. The houses are at a distance of about 150 to 200 metres
from the gravel beach of House Marathia. Unfortunately, the descent
may be somewhat tiring for elderly guests (there is an altitude
difference of about 60 metres).
Access: the access road is a tarmac covered road forbidden to public
traffic (a blind alley which leads to some private mansions, therefore
there is no disturbance at all by traffic noise).
The houses are in a dream location perfect for guests looking for
peace and relaxation. They are very clean and excellently equipped -
holiday homes in which you feel great!
There are two bedrooms in each house, as well as an open fire-place, a
kitchen, bathroom, living room and terrace, from which you enjoy a
beautiful view over the entire Laganas bay.
The next tavern "Votsalo" is at a convenient distance of 500 metres,
after further 500 metres there is the nice tavern "Marathia Star". The
port of Kery is approximately 2.5km away, and there you'll find
numerous taverns and supermarkets; the supermarket next to the gas
station is especially recommended. Furthermore there is a well-sorted
mom-and-pop store, and right next to it a baker and a butcher.

2 très belles simples maisons plus petites (environ 50 m²), dans la zone de
Marathia "qui en 1998 ont été finalisées. Ils sont idéaux pour les clients qui
conserve encore l'hospitalité grecque, et une maison loin de la Trampelpfaden
touristique. Retour au gravier / ballast House Marathia de plage est à environ
150-200 mètres. La finale est un peu pour les anciens clients difficile, la
différence de hauteur d'environ 60 mètres
Accès: L'accès est une route pour les transports publics ne permettait pas de
route et de l'asphalte est un cul-de-sac, elle a pour effet de quelques villas
privées.
Très Propre, de rêve, idéal pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et la détente des
recherches, très bon équipement, une maison de vacances où l'on se sent bien!
Il a 2 chambres à coucher, cheminée, cuisine, salle de bains, salon et terrasse.
Vous avez une vue magnifique sur la baie de Laganas.
La prochaine Taverne "Votsalo", à une distance de 500 mètres, 500 mètres après
d'autres viendront-ils agréables à la Taverne "Marathia Star". Dans le port de
Kery est à environ 2,5 km et là, ils ont alors de nombreuses tavernes et des
supermarchés, à recommander particulièrement le supermarché de la
station-service, vous trouverez un bien classés "Tante Emma Laden", et qui se
trouvent à proximité d'une boulangerie Fleischhauerei.
